Form\u00e5let med en arbejdsmilj\u00f8organisation er at sikre et sundt og sikkert arbejdsmilj\u00f8 p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen.<\/p>\n<p>For virksomheder under 10 ansatte er en arbejdsmilj\u00f8organisation ikke et lovkrav, da samarbejdet om arbejdsmilj\u00f8et blot skal ske ved l\u00f8bende kontakt mellem arbejdsgiver og de ansatte.<\/p>\n<p>Med 10-34 ansatte skal samarbejdet om arbejdsmilj\u00f8et ske gennem en arbejdsorganisation best\u00e5ende af en eller flere arbejdsledere og en eller flere arbejdsmilj\u00f8repr\u00e6sentanter med arbejdsgiveren eller deres repr\u00e6sentant som formand, hvor den \u00f8verste ledelse er overordnet ansvarlig.<\/p>\n<p>Hos virksomheder med over 34 ansatte skal samarbejdet om arbejdsmilj\u00f8et ske gennem en todelt arbejdsorganisation best\u00e5ende af et arbejdsmilj\u00f8udvalg og en eller flere arbejdsmilj\u00f8grupper. En arbejdsmilj\u00f8gruppe best\u00e5r af en udpeget leder og en udpeget arbejdsmilj\u00f8repr\u00e6sentant.
